Regarding the brick support plates for coal-water slurry gasifiers

Hello everyone. I would like to ask for your advice: whether it is necessary to install brick support plates on the cylinder section of the water-coal slurry gasifier near the top spherical head, and what material should be used for these brick support plates? Is it the same as the material at the bottom outlet?
There shouldn’t be any from GE; those with four nozzles are available
