As the title says. The quench water pump stopped operating without any apparent reason, resulting in a very low flow rate of quench water and a high pressure difference at the syngas outlet, which triggered an emergency shutdown. I checked for two days but found no cause; there are no operation records in the backend, nor any such records at the monitoring site
There must be a reason. It’s possible it wasn’t found. Could this still be a ghost-related incident? :lol
It is very difficult to determine the causes of many incidents in industry
There must be a reason; If there are no issues with the equipment itself or the process parameters, and if the operation by personnel is proper ; It is recommended to check the instrument feedback signal to see if there is any interference.
Please provide a detailed explanation: does the chiller water pump come with variable frequency control? If not, check whether the interlock that stops the pump has been triggered (check on SIS; there are many records there, and they occur frequently)
If there are no issues with the process operation, it’s very likely an electrical problem
2,000 yuan per person for the assessment – now the reason is clear
There should be a chain effect for traffic. Pump start-up and valve operation
It doesn’t happen for no reason; it could be due to operational issues, electrical problems, or instrument-related causes. A comprehensive analysis is needed; Good preventive measures are also necessary; can the backup pump meet the conditions for automatic startup? ; Other methods of rehydrating ; Ensure equipment safety.
