How to inspect the lower nozzle of a coke oven

Before applying ash, the coke oven foundation top slab must have its center distance between the downward nozzles (and cleaning pipes) as well as the spacing between rows inspected and verified. What methods are generally used for acceptance?
This is very important: the outlet of the lower nozzle must be 15–20 mm above the finish layer on the ceiling; otherwise, gas leakage will occur!
They check the center distance by casually measuring the distance between the centers of two adjacent lower nozzles, or the distance between the centers of n lower nozzles, using a ruler. What I’m wondering is: 1. If the center distance between two adjacent lower nozzles is within the acceptable range, what if these two nozzles shift in the same direction at the same time? 2. If the distances between the 10 lower nozzles are within the acceptable range, but there is one with a value of +12mm and two with values of -6mm, then it is still not acceptable.
