Usage of vacuum filter presses

The service life of the filter cloth in our vacuum filter presses ranges from up to 30 days to just over ten days. The problems that arise are wear at the left side of the interface; subsequently, factors such as misalignment cause further wear of the filter cloth (leading to tears). Even after repairing it, the effect is not significant. I’m curious to know how things are with regard to its usage among fellow colleagues My feeling is that the strength on the weft of the filter cloth is not sufficient.
Possible reasons: First, the filter cloth is stretched too tightly; second, there may be other components on the left side that cause friction against the filter cloth. Third, the quality is substandard. There is also a problem with the filter cloth self-adjustment device.
Check the issue of procurement quality; the filter fabric manufacturers clearly state that you get what you pay for – the quality of the fabric corresponds to the price you pay
We are preparing to have the manufacturer come and take a look; all other potential issues have been resolved
