What effects will it have on subsequent systems such as the gasification furnace and the scrubber tower if the cyclone separator reaches a full liquid level or has an excessively high liquid level during the normal operation of the system? The newcomer has only just started learning about gasification and is very curious; I hope experts from all walks of life can offer guidance.
Is your question referring to the four-nozzle gasification in pressurized gasification of water-coal slurry? If the liquid level in the cyclone separator is full, then more liquid will be carried into the scrubber, and the liquid level in the scrubber will rise, assuming all other conditions remain unchanged; the vaporizer is not significantly affected
If the liquid level in the cyclone separator is full, won’t that prevent the syngas from being discharged from the gasifier? Does it cause the pressure in the gasifier to rise, the flow rate at the quench water outlet to increase, and the liquid level in the gasifier to drop?
