What I want to ask is how the amount of residue in the regenerator of the crude benzene distillation unit is calculated, or what the ratio is I’m not referring to the thin sludge, nor that thin sludge which goes into the residue oil tank for naphthalene oil; I’m talking about the dry sludge that is discharged from the slag discharge port at the bottom of the regenerator, and which is ultimately sent to the coal preparation area. Or someone can give me an oil washing cycle, and also the amount of residue; I can do the calculations myself as well
The regeneration amount is 1-2% of the total amount of circulating oil. The slag discharge volume of the regenerator is related to the control of the production process and the quality of the oil used for washing, and there is no theoretical value. ,
The coefficient can be calculated using the total amount of oil consumed per month and the amount of residue discharged from the regenerator. Used as a company evaluation parameter
