Recently, the Bioenergy Company affiliated with Liaoning Jincheng Petrochemical Group completed the trial production, drying, packaging, and shipment of 1,057 tons of customized coke, marking the successful completion of this pilot production effort. This batch of custom-made lenses represents a new type of material developed specifically for strategic partners, and it holds significant strategic importance for the company to gain a technological advantage and pursue a diversified product portfolio. Given the high technical challenges and tight time constraints associated with this trial production, the company’s Party committee took the lead in establishing an integrated coordination mechanism that combines research, development, and production. It guided the technical and production teams to carry out multiple rounds of specialized technical discussions, focusing on key aspects such as raw material selection and process optimization to continuously work on overcoming these challenges. Through repeated testing and verification, the optimal raw material formula was ultimately determined, the key process parameters were accurately controlled, and a complete and reliable production technology plan was developed. During the production execution phase, the company works together with the needle coke workshop to implement detailed control over all employees and throughout the entire process, thereby advancing various trial production tasks efficiently and completing product production and shipment on schedule. The success of this trial production not only verified the feasibility of the technical approach for producing these custom lenses, but also strengthened the strategic partnership with the partner. Additionally, it provided valuable experience for the company’s future development of new products and their large-scale production.
