I would like to ask the experts: In Texaco’s single-nozzle coal water slurry gasification process, continuous operation is required without replacing the process burners. How do plants maintain the furnace temperature after shutting down? How many attempts have been made at the lowest continuous pouring temperature? Replace or not? Should the low-flow purge be turned off?
Liantou needs to ensure proper coordination, with the furnace temperature kept at no less than 950 degrees!
