The world’s first multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste-boiler gasifier was successfully tested with a single batch of feed at Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., under Shandong Energy Group. At 17:56 on December 10, the F# gasifier at Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., part of Shandong Energy Group’s Yanzhou Coal Industry, was successfully tested using a single batch of feed, marking the official start of operational testing for the world’s first multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste-boiler gasifier. The multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste-boiler gasification furnace is the core equipment for gasification in modern coal chemical industries. As an important achievement in the field of coal gasification for energy groups during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, driven by technological innovation, this type of gasification furnace was developed jointly by the former Yankuang Group and East China University of Science and Technology. It has a length of 45.75 meters, an inner diameter of 4.2 meters, and a weight of 737 tons; it can process 2,000 tons of coal per day. It features a high carbon conversion rate, and its energy utilization efficiency is significantly higher than that of traditional quenching-type gasification furnaces. The high-temperature syngas has most of its sensible heat recovered in the waste heat recuperator of the gasifier, producing ~100 tons of high-pressure steam at 9.8 Mpa per hour; this reduces the investment required for constructing utility boilers and is in line with policies aimed at energy conservation and emission reduction. During the project construction period, the company maintained a rigorous and pragmatic approach, worked together as a team, strived hard and made dedicated efforts to reach new heights, always adhering to the \"four key controls\" of safety, quality, schedule, and cost. On May 31, the main body of the gasifier was successfully lifted in one go ; On June 16, all lifting operations were completed ; On November 10, the pipeline pressure testing was completed ; On November 28, the system was purged and cleaned, and then entered the commissioning phase ; On December 10, the one-time feeding trial run was successful. The successful application of the world’s first multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste-boiler gasification furnace has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent commercialization of this type of furnace. It demonstrates the comprehensive capabilities of the energy group in the field of core gasification technologies, contributing to the development of such technologies across the country!

Where does the heat for the steam superheater come from? Natural gas? Syngas?
So, what is the amount of syngas used? Is it from low-temperature methanol washing?
Use factory exhaust gas venting, or reduce pressure?
