Currently, many research institutions and enterprises in China are developing and using atmospheric-pressure circulating fluidized-bed gasification as well as atmospheric/low-pressure pneumatic fluidized-bed gasification to produce industrial gases that can serve as alternatives to fixed-bed reactors (single-stage or two-stage furnaces) or natural gas for use in industrial furnaces. These gases are also used as feedstocks in small and medium-sized ammonia synthesis plants, replacing the syngas produced by fixed-bed gas generators. Please discuss the technical advantages and disadvantages of atmospheric-pressure circulating fluidized-bed gasification and atmospheric/low-pressure gas flow bed gasification for producing industrial gas from coal and raw material gas for ammonia synthesis from coal Including but not limited to: 1) Cold gas efficiency ; 2) Hot gas efficiency: the ratio of the chemical heat of the gas + the enthalpy of the recovered steam to the chemical heat of coal ; 3) Specific oxygen consumption, specific coal consumption ; 4) Power consumption per unit volume of gas, including power consumption for oxygen production, coal crushing, water treatment, etc ; 5) Carbon conversion rate ; 6) Scale and investment of the gasification furnace, 10,000 yuan/MW of gas or 10,000 yuan/(kNm3(CO+H2)/h) ; 7) Gas cost: yuan/GJ of gas or yuan/kNm3 (CO+H2) …… Please feel free to share your opinions, fellow sailors!
