Where does the water separated from crude benzene go? It goes into the clarification tank during the design process; can it be sent directly to ammonia distillation?
Our factory goes directly to the cold drum, the main pipeline for tar and ammonia water. Direct ammonia steaming is unstable.
If ammonia is directly vaporized, and if the ammonia gas goes to the desulfurization unit instead of the saturator, then the non-condensable gases will escape into the atmosphere.
I have visited many coking plants, where the water separated from crude benzene is sent to mechanical clarifiers.
