Who knows about Qi Yao – Liuhua furnaces?

These past couple of days I came across some old news regarding the Qi Yao-Liuhua furnace. Do those who are familiar with this topic know anything about it, including its performance, operating conditions, investments, patents, contact information, etc.?
Failed furnaces – not much worth studying
I saw in the reports that it was still being promoted, right? Why is there a problem?

It took a long time to set up the Liuhe Luzhai Chemical Complex, with a production capacity of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year; the Qi Yao Liuhe gasification furnace demonstration unit was used for this purpose, but things went wrong and there’s now a lot of legal hassle involved.
