The backflow volume is constant and does not affect production; as long as all parameters are within normal ranges, the temperature at the top of the tower can be adjusted based on quality. There’s no need to worry about production issues, as the yield will not be very low.

In daily production, the temperature at the top of the tower should be kept as low as possible. One should not simply raise this temperature in an attempt to increase output. If the output is low, the real cause of this issue should be identified; raising the temperature will cause all the light components in the washing oil to evaporate, which deteriorates the quality of the washing oil and reduces its effectiveness in benzene purification, thereby ultimately lowering the output of crude benzene and creating a vicious cycle.
