Is the temperature of the lock cylinder high? Is the temperature at the outlet of the circulation pump high?
Exclude issues with gauge readings, operating temperature, and outlet flow rate. It’s very likely that the small circulation pipeline is blocked; check it during the shutdown for maintenance!
Each time the lock-hopper circulation pump switches to self-circulation, go to the site to check whether there is any change in the pressure gauge at the outlet of the lock-hopper circulation pump compared to normal operation; if the pressure increases significantly, it indicates that the circulation pipeline is blocked. Additionally, the pump running idle due to vacuum conditions can also cause no flow in the circulation system (either because of a leak in the outlet shut-off valve of the circulation pump or because it cannot be closed properly); it is necessary to judge based on the actual conditions on site.
It might be that the flow meter doesn’t display anything due to low flow rates, or it could be that the circulation pipeline is blocked. It could also be that the pump is running in reverse. ,
The leakage flow rate of the inlet valve will also decrease
