Blockage of heat exchanger tubes

During the maintenance process, it was found that the tubes of the heat exchangers between the converter units were blocked; what methods are available to clear them?
High-pressure water cleaning has been used, but some areas are still blocked.
If the medium and environment are safe, attach a strap to the drill and wear it around the neck, and weld a steel bar of appropriate length to the back of the drill bit...
For the preheater on the coke oven gas pipeline, how can the debris inside the tubes be removed?
Generally, physical cleaning is used, such as with high-pressure water guns; if that doesn’t work, chemical cleaning is recommended
