What issues prompt the cleaning of downcomers and full-flow tubes, and why is cleaning necessary?； 1. If the saturation vessel experiences an increase in resistance, and it is determined that there is some blockage in the downcomer, it can be washed directly using water; water from the top acid remover can be used for washing, and mother liquor can be used for washing from the sides ； 2. It’s difficult to ensure proper flushing of the full-flow tube, but by paying attention to detailed operations on a daily basis, blockages at this location can be avoided. When it’s time to flush the system with acid, sufficient acid should be used, and the product should be removed promptly. The temperature of the mother liquor must also be controlled so that it doesn’t become viscous; its fluidity should not be too low. Under normal circumstances, there should be no problems with blockages in the full-flow tube
