How to roughly calculate gas emission volume

Our company’s gas venting pipeline is not equipped with a flow meter, but now the company’s management wants an approximate estimate of the amount of gas that is being vented. How should this be calculated, and are there any criteria for such calculation? I would appreciate it if those who are more knowledgeable could give me some advice. Thank you!
To calculate the gas output per ton of coal, data on this should already be available; after all, it is related to cost calculation. The actual gas intake in subsequent stages, minus that value, represents the amount of gas released. . .
Based on the coal quantity, this data is provided during both the preliminary design and the trial firing with different coal types. A direct quote is sufficient.
