Meeting on the Model Review of Jinhua Furnace Gasification Unit at Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Industry was held / Author/Source: Jinhua Furnace Date: 12-11-2020 Clicks: 3 On December 10, 2020, a meeting on the model review of the synthetic ammonia feedstock route and energy-saving and emission-reduction technology upgrade project at Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was held at Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Relevant technical personnel from Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Co., Ltd., Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. attended this review meeting. During the meeting, the participants conducted thorough discussions on various aspects such as the process flow, equipment, piping and valve layout, instrumentation, electrical systems, and safety, and carried out a rigorous review and optimization of the plant model. The synthetic ammonia feedstock route and energy-saving and emission-reduction technology upgrade project of Zhejiang Jinju Chemical utilizes the water-cooled wall waste boiler gasifier (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) technology developed by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. The gasification unit is designed as a dual-unit setup without a backup unit; the gasification pressure is 6.5 MPaG, and the volume of syngas produced is 94,000 Nm3/h (CO + H2). The water-cooled wall direct-connected waste-heat gasifier for coal-water slurry (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) replaces the existing batch fixed-bed gasifiers and low-pressure refractory brick quenched gasifiers. Production is scheduled to begin in 2021.
