Issues with using non-woven fabric in oxygen pipelines

I’d like to ask the experts out there. Construction and installation of oxygen pipelines within the device; pure oxygen at approximately 5.0 MPa. Are construction companies allowed to use non-woven fabric in their work now? Won’t non-woven fabric shed fibers? Is silk better?
Flammable fibrous materials cannot be used for wrapping, padding, or sealing; glass fiber, asbestos, and perfluoroplastics must be used instead. Oil must be prohibited in a pure oxygen environment; using flammable materials is very dangerous.

Oxygen pipelines must be soaked and degreased before construction； No grease of any kind is allowed during construction, especially on workers’ gloves ； After construction, the pipes must be cleaned; they can be put into use only after passing the inspection.
Is this non-woven fabric somewhat similar to that very popular spunbond fabric? Is this fabric considered degreased?
I’m really not sure about that. One reason for using cotton gauze is that it has already been degreased, and another reason is that it does not shed debris.
