Including: blind flange ; jack ; Insulating porcelain insulator ; Axial flow fan ; 2 dust masks ; 2 sets of long-tube respirators (with forced ventilation) ; 1T chain block ; High-voltage cable terminal (outdoor, 35kV) ; heat shrink tube ; Tools such as wrenches. 3.2 Ensure proper training for the construction personnel, so that the maintenance staff are familiar with the construction tasks, the site, and the construction procedures. 3.3 Prepare fire-fighting equipment to prevent fires. 4. Construction steps: 4.1 Stop the operation of the electric precipitator and isolate it with a lockout tagout. Confirm that the gas inlet and outlet valves are closed and blind flanges have been installed; all manholes at the top and bottom are open, and forced ventilation is provided at the inlet. 4.2 Open the side inspection hole for inspection, use steam to purge the high-voltage insulating bottle and wipe it clean to locate the fault. 4.3 Confirm that the porcelain insulator is damaged, remove the cover and replace it with a new one. 5. Maintenance standards: Strictly follow the construction plan approved by the factory, and carry out operations in accordance with the \"Equipment Maintenance and Repair Procedures\". 6. Acceptance criteria: 6.1 The operating voltage and current of the electrostatic tar catcher are normal. 6.2 The Mechanical Power Department shall organize the Production Department, the Safety Supervision Section, the Electrical and Instrumentation Workshop, and the Purification Workshop to conduct inspections in accordance with the provisions of the \"Equipment Maintenance and Repair Procedures\". 7. Maintenance time: Subject to the maintenance period specified by the Production Department. 8. Engineering safety risk analysis: 8.1 During the handling of new porcelain insulators, accidents such as crushing, collision, and falling may occur. 8.2 Carbon monoxide poisoning may occur during the process of entering to conduct inspections. 9. Safety measures: 9.1 Strictly follow the \"Safety Technical Regulations\" and relevant workshop safety rules during construction. 9.2 After the displacement, verify whether the inlet valve and outlet valve are closed. 9.3 All access hatches on the top and bottom of the electrostatic tar catcher shall be opened. 9.4 Install blind flanges at the inlet and outlet. 9.5 Cable grounding in Transformer Room No. 2, transformer grounding, and electric field grounding. 9.6 When lifting and moving various heavy objects, the on-site construction supervisor shall provide unified command to prevent injury accidents. 9.7 Personnel participating in the maintenance work must wear complete personal protective equipment. 9.8 Follow the unified instructions of the on-site supervisor and safety officer. 9.9 Commencement of work is permitted only after receiving the start-up order from the Plant’s Mechanical and Power Department. 9.10 After the maintenance is completed, the site must be thoroughly cleaned. Before starting operation with power applied, it is necessary to have safety verified through inspections at three levels: by the on-site supervisor, the process supervisor, and the safety supervision department; only with the approval of the chief commander can the machine be started. 10. Remarks: Any matters not covered shall be decided by the on-site supervisor.
