Acceptance of 6.25-meter rammed coke oven inclined chute masonry

The 6.25-meter rammed coke oven was being constructed up to the inclined ramp. At first, it seemed that the workload for the first layer was enormous; it’s not clear whether it was due to the poor skills of the masons or those of the inspectors. It took until midnight to complete the inspection of that first layer, which meant that half of the workers were unable to start working on the next day. Do any of you have any quick and effective methods for inspection and acceptance?
For the inclined ramp, the workload on the first layer is the greatest. The larger the coke oven, the more bricks are needed for the ramp, and since the working area is small, it is difficult to lay the bricks there. It gets much better later on.
