Air volume required for heating the furnace in a combustion furnace

Hello everyone. It’s the WSA sulfur recovery combustion furnace; its volume is 105 m3. The air required at normal load is 50,000 standard cubic meters. So, during the startup and heating phase of the furnace, how much air should be supplied, and what is the basis for this calculation?
During the furnace drying phase, the amount of flue gas is generally around 60% of that in normal operation; there are no strict requirements in this regard. It is sufficient to raise the furnace temperature to near the operating temperature, or 50–100°C lower, in accordance with the heating curve for drying the furnace. The purpose of drying the furnace is to increase the temperature of the entire system so that it reaches a hot standby state.
Thank you for your answer; I’ve learned something. I heard from people at the design institute that the air volume should be set according to the minimum processing capacity during operation; the designed minimum processing capacity is generally 30–40%. For heating the furnace, it’s sufficient to use 30–40% of the air volume required for normal operation. . .
The combustion furnace comes with a blower, right? I wonder if it’s possible to calculate based on the parameters of that blower?
