The fundamental cause of pressure fluctuations in the gas collection pipe is that the amount of gas delivered by the blower does not keep up with the amount of gas generated by the coke oven. Therefore, in the system for regulating the pressure in the coke oven’s gas collection pipe, it is insufficient to adjust only the valve connected to the collection pipe; it is necessary to incorporate adjustments to the blower as well (such as inlet throttling, large-scale circulation, speed control, etc.) in order to resolve this issue.
