As of August 30, the 7# gasifier in the third phase of the Shuangjia workshop had been operating continuously for 92 days, while the 6# gasifier had operated without any maintenance for 152 days – setting new records for both the longest consecutive operating time and the longest period without maintenance since the commissioning of the gasifiers in this phase. Production is carefully managed, ensuring safe, stable, and optimal operation of the equipment. During the operation of the gasification furnace, the process technicians and operators in the Dual-Methane workshop exercise strict control over the furnace system by monitoring key parameters such as various process parameters, the oxygen-to-coal ratio, the water-to-gas ratio, the composition of the process gas, the furnace temperature, and the amount of black water emitted, thereby keeping all these parameters within normal ranges. Comprehensive inspections are carried out on all critical areas and both stationary and moving equipment at the site, ensuring full coverage; any potential problems identified during operation are addressed immediately, thereby enabling the device to operate continuously with high quality. Strict control over the maintenance of backup furnaces ensures high equipment performance. The Shuangjia workshop has further strengthened quality control over the maintenance of gasification furnace backups, requiring equipment technicians to establish and maintain documents such as a \"Maintenance Checklist for Gasification Furnace Backups,\" \"Routine Maintenance Records for Gasification Furnaces,\" and records related to hazard identification and mitigation. These records are also updated and optimized on a regular basis. After each shutdown of the vaporization furnace, the senior management promptly conducts an evaluation and analysis of the economic performance during that operating cycle, and formulates specific maintenance plans to address the issues identified during operation or maintenance. At the same time, it strictly follows the list of boilers to be overhauled, ensuring that each overhaul task comes with a plan, confirmation, inspection, and designated responsible party, thereby guaranteeing the high-quality operation of critical equipment.
