The laboratory needs a coal powder metering and conveying tank: 1. Operation mode: intermittent operation, manual feeding once, with a single operation duration of 1 hour. 2. Coal powder delivery rate: Designed at 200 kg/h, with an adjustable range of (50–250 kg/h). The particle size of the coal powder should be less than 200 mesh (0.074 mm).
3. Transport medium: Nitrogen (N2 with a purity of over 99.9%); the amount of N2 used should not exceed 10 Nm3/h (5–10 Nm3/h).
4. Requirements: Even distribution of the coal powder output; the outlet pipe must be connected to the reactor. The reactor should operate under slight positive pressure (gauge pressure not exceeding 100 kPa). Online measurement is required; the system must be safe, reliable, and easy to adjust. It is also necessary to have a way to capture dust during exhaust. I’m not sure which company can manufacture such a system – those with experience could please recommend some options
