Methods for calibrating thermometers

It is currently suspected that the laboratory thermometers are inaccurate, and the calibrations provided by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau are not trusted. Does anyone have a good method for performing calibration in one’s own laboratory? Thank you!
You can take several thermometers of the same type and compare them at the same temperature
Use a thermometer with one higher precision grade for the testing. High-grade thermometers need to be properly calibrated.
Test zero degrees directly with an ice-water mixture
