We originally had a continuous single-tube tire pyrolysis furnace that was operating properly; later, we installed a double-tube continuous pyrolysis furnace, but the pyrolysis results were not good (raw rubber particles were present in the output). What types of pyrolysis furnaces are available these days? How is it performing?
Abroad, carbon black is produced using plasma high-temperature pyrolysis furnaces, and syngas can also be produced with plasma gasification furnaces.
