The company uses 6.73-meter ramming coke ovens, and the manufacturers of these large-scale equipment claim that their products can match the quality of German Vicke equipment. Are there any manufacturers who have used domestic ramming machines with a length of over 6.73 meters? Can the performance of domestic equipment meet production requirements?
If you have the money, opt for imported ones; they aren’t much more expensive, offer stable performance, and high production efficiency. It’s from Fengfeng, so don’t let the manufacturer trick you.

If the budget isn’t particularly tight, one must choose from the two major German brands. Domestic products have a high failure rate. We use German-made equipment here, and both the staff and the equipment operators say that they owe their thanks to the leader’s wise decision
If you have your own skilled equipment and technical team, domestic options are not that bad either; their cost-performance ratio is roughly similar. However, with imported equipment, the staff working with it may have more comfortable working conditions, and the failure rate and maintenance needs are significantly lower. Currently, we are using Vicom rammers, two SCP machines. The one set is fine, but the friction plates on the other set keep falling off – it’s happened 9 times in a month, and we’re still trying to figure out what’s wrong. So foreign-made products aren’t necessarily better.
