Coal for gasifiers: The medium- and low-temperature coal tar produced from coal used in gasifiers has good quality, a high calorific value, and a higher proportion of aromatics and polycyclic aromatics; therefore, this type of tar is suitable for use in the production of coatings, fuels, etc. Generally speaking, the differences in medium- and low-temperature coal tar produced from coal of different sources are mainly reflected in their chemical composition and physical properties, including calorific value, freezing point, viscosity, as well as the types and proportions of chemical substances present. These differences result in different utilization methods and values for medium- and low-temperature coal tar. .
