Finally, Lang Ying expressed the hope that experts would continue to pay attention to Jinding Coking, working together to turn the company into a benchmark enterprise in the coking industry and the field of steel-coking integration. On behalf of the expert team, Wang Guanghua said that work will be carried out by focusing on three core dimensions: First, attention will be paid to the process routes, with emphasis on key aspects such as the selection of coke ovens and the configuration of chemical product recovery systems; by combining the latest technical advancements and practical experience in the industry, the advancement and feasibility of the proposed solutions will be assessed ; Secondly, strict controls must be applied in terms of environmental protection; by referring to the **latest emission standards, the reliability of the processes for treating wastewater, exhaust gases, and solid waste is assessed to ensure that a green foundation is established from the design stage onward ; Thirdly, it is necessary to balance economic viability with practicality; while ensuring technological leadership, optimize the selection of equipment and the layout of the factory premises in order to maximize cost reduction and efficiency gains, so that every investment can be translated into tangible benefits. Yang Junfeng said that by leveraging proprietary core technologies for large-scale coke ovens and comprehensive engineering experience, the team will focus on three key aspects: advanced and reliable technology, economic feasibility, and green intelligence. By addressing critical areas such as low-carbon combustion, flue gas purification, intelligent control, and retrofits without shutting down operations, they will fully support the optimization of design solutions, while strictly controlling safety, investment costs, and project timelines. This approach aims to help create a benchmark project in the industry that is large-scale, green, and intelligent, thereby contributing to the high-quality transformation of the coking industry. Zhao Gangshan said that the strongest technical team will be assigned to address key issues such as limited space, congestion, and corrosion prevention, to carefully optimize the design, and to fully implement the recommendations of experts. By working closely in collaboration with various design firms and maintaining strong unity, we will strive to ensure long-term stable operation after commissioning, as well as easy maintenance; the system will be put into use without any defects or issues that require correction ; It has reached the leading level among similar domestic projects. With the overall leadership of the project owner and the joint efforts of all parties, Baosteel Engineering is confident and capable of helping to ensure the successful completion of the project and its efficient commissioning. Song Mingjiang said that the company is responsible for the preliminary design work related to the dry quenching of coke. It will carefully consider the opinions of experts and leaders, strictly adhere to relevant standards and the owner’s requirements, and uphold the principles of prioritizing safety, ensuring technical reliability, achieving energy efficiency, promoting environmental protection, and facilitating operation and maintenance. The design plans will be optimized step by step, and close cooperation will be maintained with companies such as MCC Coking & Refractory and Baosteel Engineering to ensure that the upgrade project for the 2.7 million tons per year, 6.05m coke ovens is carried out with high quality and efficiency. Chen Litao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, delivered a speech at the final meeting. On behalf of the company, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all experts, design units, and all members of the project team. He also put forward three suggestions regarding the subsequent work on the project: First, he fully affirmed the results of the preliminary design, which is an excellent outcome that reflects great wisdom and hard work. He noted that this plan is the result of a strong collaboration among three top-tier design firms—MCC Metallurgical, Baosteel Engineering, and Huatai Yongchuang—and represents the industry’s leading standard. The project team’s professional attitude of working closely with the design firm and refining the work repeatedly is worthy of recognition. Second, we attach great importance to the experts’ review comments and strive to refine the design with a pursuit of excellence. He emphasized that the insightful opinions of experts are invaluable. He asked the project team to take overall leadership, to go through each expert’s suggestion in detail and create a \"implementation list\", and to apply a closed-loop management system based on the \"five-fixation table\" to ensure that every matter is addressed and there is a response to everything” ; The design agencies should take the initiative to assume responsibility, address each issue related to their respective sections one by one, ensure clarity in four aspects, and thus guarantee that the final design is more scientific, rigorous, and practical.
