May I ask which brand’s high-pressure ash water pumps you are using? We are using deep blue pumps, grade 8 centrifugal pumps
This is usually from Shuangda or Chongqing Pump Factory, I guess
Chongqing Pump Factory is capable of producing high-pressure self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pumps as well. Shuangda makes good wear-resistant pumps.
The pumps produced by Shuangda don’t perform very well; especially when the gray water is acidic and has a high solid content, this can easily lead to wear of the pump’s volute. Pumps made by the 11th Academy of Beijing Aerospace are said to be good, but I haven’t used them yet – it might be worth giving them a try
The pump is made of heavy water, and the motor is deep blue
Most of the motors are from Nanyang, Henan, and are explosion-proof, right?
I heard that the Dalian Deep Blue pumps perform well; I wonder which companies are using them?
