Gas final cooler

I recently came across some Russian materials that mentioned a device called a spiral gas final cooler. At present, most final cooling towers or cross-tube final coolers are used in our country. I was wondering if anyone here is aware of this device – is it a new type of equipment? The information states that this spiral-type gas final cooler is cooled by circulating water, so it must be of the indirect type. I was wondering if any friends know something about this, or have even heard of it; it would be best if there’s a source I can refer to, so I can look into it directly
I’ve never heard of it, but from the name, it seems similar to a rotary tar catcher
