The process for a comprehensive VOCs solution includes: identifying sources of VOCs emissions, establishing a VOCs monitoring system and estimating the total amount of VOCs emitted, developing customized treatment plans for VOCs specific to each facility, implementing control measures at the source in the production process, providing tailored solutions for treating VOCs at the end of the emission chain, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment measures and the amount of emissions reduced. Among these, identifying pollution sources and implementing comprehensive control throughout the entire process are key to addressing VOCs issues in industrial enterprises. By conducting on-site inspections of various sources of pollution such as storage tanks, material loading and unloading processes, equipment leaks, process exhaust gases, uncontrolled emissions, wastewater collection and treatment systems, cooling water, combustion exhaust gases, and accidental releases, each source of pollution is examined one by one. A comprehensive analysis of VOCs is carried out throughout the entire process, from its origin to its final disposal, in order to control VOCs pollution at every stage.

If the gaseous components are only methanol and formaldehyde, condensation is a good option, as the single adsorption method is not recommended these days; alternatively, CO can be removed after adsorption, that is, through catalytic combustion.
