Does the venting cylinder system require a liquid addition tank? The gas is mainly natural gas, with very little hydrocarbons. Mainly, there is a bit of water in the early stage. According to API521, is it mandatory to install a separation tank? Please give me some advice!

Since it is a venting cylinder that does not ignite and therefore does not produce a fire rain, with emissions only to the atmosphere, we believe there is no need for a liquid separation tank.
