Under the influence of an alternating electromagnetic field, calcium and magnesium cations along with carbonate anions in the water combine to form tiny particles, which are then carried away by the water flow. 2. The alternating electromagnetic field alters the growth structure of scale crystals, changing the hard and dense scale layer into a soft one, thereby removing its adhesiveness and tendency to deposit. 3. Through the design of the inverter circuit, appropriate mechanical shock waves are generated to prevent the formation of scale deposits; meanwhile, the interaction between these shock waves and the magnetic field effectively inactivates algae, thus meeting the requirements for preventing and removing scale as well as eliminating algae. 4. The action of the alternating electromagnetic field generates hydroxyl radicals (·OH) in the water, which gradually dissolve the old scale on the pipe walls. Effect of use: After 2–3 months of operation of the equipment, a large amount of the existing scale on the cooling tower coils fell off and settled at the bottom of the tank.
