Could you show a diagram so that everyone can try to guess? Not many people in China use UOPMTO, so few will be able to answer your question.
There are no images; it’s just a sequential condition. I asked the elder, and he said that it is this sequential condition that causes the blocking
Which factory do you belong to? Wasn’t this controller introduced during the UOP training?
What is a handheld controller? . . I’ve never seen it. The UOP training in Jilin isn’t meant for us either
You’re still a long way from completion; you’ll know why by then.
If you know, please let me know; otherwise I’ll feel curious, haha. This isn’t considered confidential, right? We assume that training on this aspect will be provided at that time, after all, it involves basic operations.

The key points are: 1) Heat exchangers such as the methanol vaporizer and superheater must not experience overpressure (it is necessary to cut off the heat source to these heat exchangers, and attention must be paid to the fluidization process in these devices) ; 2. Ensure smooth circulation of the methanol pump in the tank area ; 3. If using a gas-phase methanol torch, be careful that the water in the torch’s water seal tank will turn into a methanol solution; do not discharge it into the sewage system.
