At the groundbreaking ceremony, Yang Baojiang expressed his gratitude to Sinopec Construction Company for its support in the construction of the Datang Fuxin project. He pointed out that the coal yard anti-seepage floor project is the second project to commence construction under the company this year. With the start of this project, the progress of the company’s overall projects will accelerate further. He hoped that the engineering department, the safety, construction, and environmental protection department, as well as the supervision company, would play their proper roles, organize work carefully, carry out construction in a scientific manner, and effectively speed up the project timeline while ensuring quality and safety. At the same time, it is hoped that the project team for the Power Center will persevere and go all out to advance the construction of the project. Project Overview: This project involves the construction of an anti-seepage floor for the coal storage area at Liaoning Datang International Fuxin Coal-to-Natural Gas Co., Ltd. The coal storage area is of the open-strip type, with a length of 645 meters and a width of 371 meters; the floor is made of reinforced concrete with anti-seepage properties, covering a total area of 212,410 square meters. On April 12, 2018, the construction work on the utility pipelines and evaporation crystallization facilities for the wastewater treatment system of the Datang Fuxin coal-to-natural gas project commenced. The launch of this project marks the official resumption of construction for the Fuxin coal-to-natural gas project.
