Now we hire a professional cleaning company to carry out mechanical cleaning: first through vapor deodorization and liquid deodorization, followed by sludge removal, with the sludge needing to be dried.

May I ask if the water can be pumped out and replaced with factory air, and after drying and testing show satisfactory results, can the relevant personnel go in to handle it?
The sludge has been releasing toxic gases; it cannot be made fit for use, and it is likely to produce explosive gases as well.
