How is acetylene generated in the methanol-to-olefins process

This post was last edited by twinkler on 2017-11-2 at 18:21. Acetylene is produced from methanol; everything is derived from methanol. Dienes with five or more carbon atoms can be cracked to produce acetylene at that temperature.
