In 2021, Jiutai New Materials will commence the trial operation phase of this device; since resuming work, the construction site has been filled with the noise of machinery and sparks, as workers work diligently and in an organized manner, creating a highly active atmosphere there. With the close cooperation of all participating units, the various plant areas are being constructed in an orderly and steady manner in accordance with the established plan, and the project is advancing rapidly with high standards and high quality. On February 20, the water system was the first to resume operations, marking the start of on-site construction in 2021. The water system includes a raw water station, first, second, and third circulating water systems, a desalinated water station, a wastewater treatment unit, a reclaimed water reuse unit, and a concentrated brine recovery unit. Among them, the raw water station stores and supplies raw water for all facilities in the plant, to be used directly for firefighting, production, and daily activities. The wastewater, after passing through five water treatment units, is entirely recovered through salt separation and crystallization, resulting in zero emissions. This significantly reduces the costs associated with urban wastewater treatment and improves the efficiency of water resource recycling.
