On August 5, the people’s government of Yushi County in Shanxi Province, together with Huaneng Group and Shandong Hongda Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement; simultaneously, a signing ceremony was held for the project related to coal-based new materials and fine chemicals across the entire production chain. The total investment in this project is 13.6 billion yuan. It makes full use of advantages such as electricity, water resources, and coalbed methane to develop the entire industrial chain for coal-based chemicals and new materials, thereby establishing, strengthening, and improving this chain.
