The total investment in this project is 7.42 billion yuan; 2 billion yuan was planned to be invested in 2019, and as of October, 1.6473 billion yuan had already been invested. To date, the project has obtained approval documents for registration, site selection, environmental impact assessment, and land use; the land leveling work has been fully completed; the construction of zero-emission systems, gasification units, purification systems, synthesis facilities, air separation units, as well as the pile foundations in the area in front of the plant, has also been finished. Work is currently in progress on securing water supply parameters, constructing the coal transfer island, laying buried pipes and roads, as well as building the No. 3 circular silo and transfer station. Completion is expected by the end of 2020; once operational, it is projected to generate sales revenue of 4.5 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 1.2 billion yuan.
