Recently, the environmental impact assessment for Shanxi Jinyan Hydrogen-Rich Energy Co., Ltd.’s project aimed at the comprehensive utilization of 5 million tons per year of coking furnace gas was initiated. The project mainly involves the construction of an LNG production facility using coke oven gas (including coke oven gas pretreatment, low-temperature separation of methane for LNG production), gasification, syngas purification (involving units such as shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, and sulfur recovery), ammonia and urea synthesis, as well as related supporting utility systems, auxiliary equipment, and off-site facilities. Xiang uses coke oven gas and raw coal as feedstocks to build facilities with an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons of LNG, 800,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, and 1.4 million tons of urea. Shanxi Jinyan Hydrogen-rich Energy Co., Ltd.’s 5 million tons per year comprehensive utilization project for coking furnace gas is located in the Xiaoyi Economic Development Zone. It is surrounded by Provincial Highway S223, Provincial Highway S321, and the Jiexi line of the Tongpu Railway, offering favorable site conditions and convenient transportation access. The total investment for the project is 741.9656 million US dollars, with all funds to be raised by the enterprise itself. The project meets the requirements set out in the \"Guidelines for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019 Edition)\」 and the \"Interim Provisions on the Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects in Shanxi Province\", as well as other relevant regulations; it is in compliance with **all applicable laws and regulations.
