From November 27 to 28, Yanchang Group organized a pre-acceptance inspection for the second batch of projects related to the comprehensive utilization of coal, oil, and gas resources in Yan’an. A pre-acceptance team composed of 11 officials, including Liu Cihong, assistant to the group’s general manager, Fu Hongan, head of the Engineering Management Department, and Zhang Jianchang, head of the Security Department, conducted a thorough inspection and evaluation of the relevant facilities as well as the completion documents, divided into five specialized groups: the equipment group, the process group, the electrical and instrumentation group, the civil engineering group, and the comprehensive group. The contents of this pre-acceptance inspection cover the gasification, purification, and coal unloading systems within the scope of the general contract for the Yanneng Chemical Project undertaken by Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., as well as the 1.8 million tons per year methanol plant, the 400,000 tons per year light oil processing plant, the 50,000 tons per year EPDM rubber plant, the 200,000 tons per year butanol plant and the 80,000 tons per year 2-propylheptanol plant, the thermal power station, coal unloading systems, and various facility throughout the plant. To date, all units and facilities of the Yanneng Chemical project have passed the pre-acceptance inspection by the group company, with the exception of the projects still under construction for zero emissions.
