Recently, Yanchang Yueneng Chemical released the \"Characterization and Analysis Report for Zhongzhongkong 50100\" and the \"Characterization and Analysis Report for Large-Diameter Coiled Tubing YC6100M\"; these reports indicate that the performance of these products manufactured by Yueneng Chemical is at a leading level in China. It is reported that, amid the increasingly fierce market competition, at the beginning of May, Yueneng Chemical Company commissioned relevant parties to conduct characteristic analysis and comparative evaluation of these two products, in order to obtain objective assessments with significant impact. HD50100Y compares and evaluates the internationally renowned imported product 50100 with the top-performing product in China’s medium-sized hollow tube market, 5421B. YC60100M compares and evaluates the most highly recognized product in China, 6100M. The evaluation report shows that the medium-sized hollow product HD50100Y manufactured by Yulin Energy Chemical Company boasts better balance between toughness and flexibility, as well as superior processing properties compared to the imported version 50100. The oligomer content in the large-sized coiled tube product YC60100M is significantly lower than that of similar products in the industry; there are no issues related to smoke or odor during the processing stage, which helps to maintain a clean production environment. The performance of these products is among the best in China. It is understood that these two products were developed and produced by Yulin Petrochemical’s high-density polyethylene plant at the end of March 2019. HD50100Y is a polyethylene product used for blow molding; it is primarily employed in the production of medium-sized hollow products such as buckets with capacities of 5–160 liters, stamped trays, and sheets. YC6100M is a polyethylene product designed for extrusion into pipes, and it is suitable for manufacturing large-diameter coiled pipes that are used in municipal underground drainage systems, sewage treatment, rainwater collection, road drainage projects, and ventilation systems.
