Yunnan Pioneer Chemical’s Production Department organized a meeting to discuss the preparations for resuming production and conducting trials, as well as the challenges associated with these processes. As the deadline for resuming production and carrying out trials approaches, the company’s current focus has shifted to making preparations for these operations. The goal is to ensure that the trials are carried out on schedule, with success from the first attempt, and to guarantee that the process is safe, environmentally friendly, and stable. From July 9 to 11, the Production Department organized meetings for the five production workshops to discuss preparations for resuming operations and testing, with participation from managers of each workshop as well as relevant supervisors. Pre-meeting discussion in the gas production workshop: Prior to the meeting, the Production Department conducted a thorough analysis based on the workshop’s processing characteristics and the status of environmental improvement projects, and arranged and planned the topics for this meeting in a targeted manner. Each production workshop, in strict accordance with the arrangements and requirements set forth in the meeting, organized its management staff to further review the preparations for resuming production and testing, as well as the challenges related to safety and environmental protection during the trial production phase. Through this meeting, gaps were identified and addressed, and potential safety and environmental hazards associated with various facilities were uncovered. Purification workshop seminar: The meeting focused on the main difficulties raised by the workshop regarding the management and control during the restart and trial operation process, aimed at formulating appropriate preventive and control measures. For those feasible measures that could not be established at this meeting, further discussions were held in specialized sessions. Power workshop seminar: Regarding the training of employees’ job skills, the Production Department requires that, first, the training content should be focused and targeted ； Second, training is carried out through various methods, combining hands-on practice with simulation exercises ； Third, combine theoretical learning with practical assessments to improve training efficiency and ensure the successful completion of talent preparation for resuming production and conducting tests.
