Before the shutdown for major maintenance of the plant, the methanol complex operated continuously and stably for 730 days ； The DMTO unit operated continuously and stably for 732 days ； The DCC unit operated continuously and stably for 386 days, setting new historical best performance records. The safe and efficient operation of these devices helps to generate significant financial savings in the production process. “In the first half of the year, our DMTO unit produced 359,500 tons of dienes, with a yield of 34.22%, representing a 0.67 percentage point increase compared to the previous year; the unit was operating well. ”Liu Shenghai, the operation manager of the company’s olefins center, said that further improving the yield of the DMTO unit is one of the key measures taken by the company to address its operational challenges; this year their overall goal is to increase the production of polyolefins by 4,000 tons. In the first half of the year, it succeeded in developing and producing 7 new products, with a total output of 50,900 tons of such newly developed products ； A total of 74,000 tons of raw materials for epidemic prevention have been produced, which not only demonstrates Yanjiang’s commitment but also enhances economic benefits. This year, efforts to develop new products have continued, and polypropylene elastomer products were successfully produced in trial scale. These products possess the properties of both rubber and polypropylene, allowing them to address the issue of difficulty in recycling traditional thermosetting rubbers. Additionally, new products such as lithium battery separator materials and polypropylene cast film materials were also successfully developed.
