I. Basic Information of the Project

3. Budget Amount: 1.34 million yuan (of which, 340,000 yuan is allocated to hard (soft) seedling trays for Phase 1; 500,000 yuan for the 40% azoxystrobin triadimefon suspension for Phase 2; and 500,000 yuan for multi-functional urea in packs of 40 kg each for Phase 3)
4. Maximum Bid Price: 1.34 million yuan (with the same allocations as mentioned above for each phase)
5. Procurement Requirements: The number of phases, names of goods, quantities, and price limits are shown in the table below. Given that this project is affected by seasonal factors, involves large quantities of goods, and has a tight timeline, it will be carried out in three phases simultaneously. Provided they have the capability to produce or supply goods, bidding entities may choose to bid on one or more of the above lots. Multiple bids from the same entity are permitted, and evaluations will be conducted in accordance with the lot numbers. Bidders submitting proposals for multiple lots need to prepare only one bid document; however, they must specify the exact price for each respective lot in their quotation. The unit price and total price submitted by each bidder shall not exceed the controlled unit price and the maximum limit; otherwise, such bids will be deemed invalid. 6. Delivery period: 15 calendar days, during which the procurement, transportation, loading/unloading, and delivery of the corresponding batches of goods to the designated addresses must be completed by the specified time set by the tendering party, at the location indicated by them. 7. Quality standards: The goods must be of qualified standard and in compliance with **current standards. II. Qualification requirements for applicants: 1. The bidding applicant must meet all the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the **Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China ； 2. The business scope of the bidder’s business license must include the contents of this procurement project ； 3. Not listed on the Credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as a person subject to credit sanctions, as a party involved in serious tax violation cases, or as someone with a record of serious dishonesty in procurement activities. 4. Different suppliers whose responsible persons are the same individual, or which have a direct controlling or managerial relationship with each other, shall not participate in the **procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, all related bids will be invalid. 5. Joint bids are not accepted for this tender ； III. Obtaining the tender documents 1.
