This marks a significant step forward for Saiding Company on the path toward mixed-ownership reform. The company’s founding meeting was grandly held on October 28, 2020, at the Yingze Hotel in Taiyuan, the capital city of Shanxi Province. Leaders and guests such as Cui Pijiang, President of the China Coking Association; Li Chanle, Party Secretary and Chairman of Saiding Company; Zhang Zhixiang, Chairman and President of Beijing Jianlong Group; Hu Fushen, Party Secretary and Chairman of Sinochem Second Construction Group Co., Ltd.; Fan Sanwei, Chairman of Inner Mongolia Sanwei Resources Group Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Zhide, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd., attended the unveiling ceremony and delivered speeches. 　 At the unveiling ceremony, Secretary Li Chuanle delivered a speech. He also explained the company’s technical advantages in the field of coal chemistry, particularly in coking and related advanced processing areas. He pointed out that Sinochem Saiding Coking Technology Co., Ltd. is the result of Sinochem Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. responding to the State Council’s \"Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises\" as well as the \"Three-Year Action Plan for State-owned Enterprise Reform (2020–2022)\"). It represents a professional and corporate approach to the coking business, in line with the trend toward developing a mixed-ownership economy and the broader trends in the industry, and it is consistent with Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd.’s strategy for high-quality development. Guided by the goal of becoming a premier engineering technology company in the coking industry, the new company will adopt a market-oriented operational model, accelerate the establishment of a scientific operation and management system, strive to capture a larger market share, and rapidly evolve into a modern, technology-driven engineering company with industry-leading capabilities, high-quality services, and strong operational vitality.
