Huarui Company completed the prefabrication of instrument piping that is 400 meters long and 159 mm in diameter within three days, from March 21 to March 23. During this period, Huarui Company required all departments and workshops to proceed with work in an organized manner, focusing on safety, quality, and schedule, all in accordance with the safety construction plan. At construction sites involving lifting, welding, and climbing, the personnel involved must work together, pool their ideas, and carry out thorough inspections and purging to ensure that all tasks related to pipeline welding, purging, pressure testing, and leak testing are completed successfully. The completion of the instrument pipeline prefabrication project created the conditions for subsequent system automation upgrades, and it also accelerated the schedule for Huarui Company’s maintenance work in April.
